Grade One Project Management delivered multiple concurrent modernisation schemes within the store, the majority of which were undertaken on a 24 hour basis. In order to meet programme requirements and to minimise disruption to store trading.
Modernisation schemes included the Beauty Hall, Women's Shoes, Accessories, Food hall and Homeware departments.
Grade One Project Management were instrumental in securing brand funding and contributions. Enablingdepartment modernisation schemes to be developed and progressed through to implementation stage.
