Grade One’s role encompassed:
Project Management of - Feasibility Stage, Concept design, budget preparation and detail design stages. Management of the scheme procurement strategy, Landlord liaison, Base Build Tenant Monitoring, Project Management and Contract Administration of the contract works & Aftercare Management.
This unique scheme required precise attention to detail throughout all stages of the project, in order to achieve the exquisite and bespoke finish the project demanded.
